Injuries, disc problems, and chronic strain can leave the body feeling less steady than it used to. Movement may feel harder to trust, and strength, balance, or flexibility may never have fully returned after the original problem.
Our role is to figure out what is still holding progress back. That may involve looking at spinal mechanics, soft tissue stress, movement quality, and the physical demands placed on the body over time. When those pieces are understood more clearly, rehabilitation can feel more intentional, more consistent, and more useful in the long run.
