Case Manager
Mickayla Rivera serves as our dedicated case manager at Accelerated Medical. She is often the first friendly face our new patients meet, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the start. Mickayla assists our providers with patient care, takes X-rays, and helps guide patients smoothly through each step of their visit.
She is a certified chiropractic assistant and a certified phlebotomist, bringing valuable clinical knowledge and hands-on skills to our team. Her passion for helping others made joining the Accelerated Medical team a natural fit.
A lifelong Elko resident—with only two brief departures—Mickayla has deep roots in the community. Before this role, she devoted her time to raising her children and caring for her family. When she's not at the office, Mickayla enjoys cheering on her husband and kids at the dirt track, relaxing at the lake, or spending quality time with family and friends. You can also catch her on the sidelines, proudly supporting her children at many sporting events.
