Accelerated Medical was created to bring more complete, patient-centered healthcare to the Elko community. What began as a chiropractic practice has grown into a broader approach shaped by what patients in this community have needed over time.
This broader approach reflects the people we serve every day. Many of our patients are balancing physically demanding work, long schedules, chronic pain, low energy, or health changes that have started to affect daily life. Our Story
Accelerated Medical grew from Dr. Wade Taylor’s commitment to helping people in Elko find natural, practical options for pain relief and recovery. After graduating from Parker University’s College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, he moved to Elko and opened Taylor Chiropractic, where he began caring for patients through conservative, hands-on chiropractic treatment.
By 2014, Dr. Taylor had purchased the building that now houses the clinic. As the practice continued to grow, he and his wife Lisa saw that patients needed access to more than one kind of support. Many were dealing with chronic pain, joint degeneration, injury recovery, hormone changes, and the physical strain that comes with hard work and long hours.
In 2020, they expanded that vision by transforming Taylor Chiropractic into Accelerated Medical.
The clinic was designed to combine chiropractic care with regenerative medicine, spinal decompression, hormone therapy, rehabilitation, and wellness services under one roof, giving patients a wider range of options before surgery becomes part of the conversation.
